POLICIES

All riders are required to wear long pants, a boot with a small heel and certified riding helmet. Anyone in the horse area must be wearing closed-toe shoes.

Clients paying on a per-lesson and/or per-ride basis are to pay their total due on the day of service.

Clients not paying on a per-lesson/per-ride basis will receive monthly itemized invoices with their applicable costs and total due.

There will be a late fee (10% of the owed total) if client invoice is not paid within 7 days of invoice receipt. If payment is not received within 14 days of invoice being sent, the late fee will increase to 20%.

Learning packages renew as of the 1st of each month. It is the client's responsibility to schedule and attend each appointment dictated within the package as they will not rollover into the next month. Best efforts will be made by Kruse Equestrian to honor appointments in the event of poor weather, riding conditions, holidays or trainer health/availability. If an included service is not available or possible that month, an alternative service will be offered.

Clients must provide a 12 hour notice of cancellation so as to not forfeit their session. If the client cancels in under 12 hours, they are responsible for any associated costs.

Lateness from the set appointment time will be deducted from the session and not made-up.

Invoices from Kruse Equestrian will not include horse show entry fees or stall fees.

Service charges are subject to revision as of January 1st and June 1st each year. Clients will be notified prior to these dates about an impending price change if one is to be made.

Clients attending an away show may be responsible for assuming or splitting costs for trainer lodging and tack stalls.

Clients attending shows that are sharing horses with other clients will split costs on travel days, hauling and groom fees.

Kruse Equestrian aims to maintain a drama-free environment. A discontinuation of services can be expected if client is a nuisance to trainer, horses and/or other clients.

Wifi cameras on the farm are meant for the farm owner to monitor the safety of the horses and handlers. They are not for client use.
